Some build of scalax available from Maven

Hi, all.

Could someone (Jamie?) please add jar with fixed version to the maven
repository? I'd like to add scalax as dependency to my project, but
making dependent on SNAPSHOT is not cool.

I think we need some version of scalax as a maven dependency.

An update on this: I've tagged a release, but David Bernard (maintainer
of scala-tools) is currently on holiday, so he will upload it on his
return.

NOTE: This means that future nightly maven builds will have version
0.2-SNAPSHOT.
