Some mails seem to be deleted

Hi guys

I need some help to understand why some of my mails hit my trash without
my knowledge. No filters telling mails to go to trash, and they aren't
marked as junk and I haven't deleted any of those mails.

My Linux is Fedora 12 and right now I'm trying out Evo for Windows XP
(switching from Thunderbird). And almost forgot to mention I'm using
IMAP.

Thanks a lot for any advice.

Have you moved the mails to another folder? If so, they will appear as
deleted in the original folder (and in Trash).

Hi Kåre and Patrick
Thanks a lot for your good and fast explanation. You are both correct
that I have moved and filtered mails from Inbox to other folders.

This get's a bit confusing because you don't know which mails you
actually have deleted and other you only have moved. As I now the reason
for this behavior it's easier to work with.

Wish you a nice weeekend.
