Sorry I've been MIA

I just wanted to drop a quick note to the list to acknowledge that I
have been MIA from docs (and Drupal generally) lately. Unfortunately I
am having some rather serious things going on IRL and so my only
Drupal activity is for work and the Knight grant travel, while I focus
on the rest of my life. I'm going to try to get up a post about where
docs is right now and where we need to go next, but I don't think I
will be able to really focus on Drupal community work for at least the
next month or so.

I really encourage folks to feel free to just dive in to the things
they want to work on and if something is really hanging on feedback
from me, please do let me know. I know there was discussion of having
some more IRC sprints and with code freeze coming up on Thursday,
scheduling a few sprints in the next few weeks would be awesome. I
still consider Drupal 7 documentation our top priority.

Sorry I've been so out of pocket. :-(

Hey Addi,

I just wanted to send some good vibes your way and hope everything works
out, as I am sure it will.  Also, don't feel bad for your absence, you
have put in so much awesome work into Drupal and docs, and you have no
reason to apologize.  Take your time and space; it's important.

Addi -

Okay, go ahead and laugh.

IRL -  my brain immediately lept to Indie Racing League and I became very confused wondering why you were moonlighting as a race car driver.

After google searching the web, I am now enlightened... IRL = In Real Life  and the confusion is gone.

You need a care package... with chocolate!

Let me get my 'to do' list ... My thoughts are with you.

Hi Addison,

No doubt you've flooded with mail, and I just wanted to join the
chorus. It's important to take some time for the rest of your life.
drupal may be a do-ocracy but it's populated with people with kids, and
families, and lives, and ups and downs, and believe me with we all
understand that there are times when it's just more important to take
care of the rest of your life.  So I hope you don't feel bad about it. I
hope you feel supported and encouraged. I feel I've grown to know you a
little through all of your emails, and you're pretty remarkable. (hang
in there).
