Does anyone know a way to sort "tags" by the number of times saved?

Does anyone know a way to search for tags saved withing a certain number range? (google is limited: site:del.icio.us 20000..30000)

Does anyone know a way to hierarchically view tags?

The only plugin I found that worked only sorted chronologically, I want to sort mostly by popularity.
