Special characters

I do not find the … sign (unicode hex 2026). Is it that I did not look
at the right place or is it not proposed?
Is the special characters palette hard coded or is it some text file
that I could edit to personalise it?

The special characters palette is hard coded (unfortunately). I recently
added ellipsis in the Math section in order to use them in matrices.
However the "classical" ellipsis is not in the palette yet. In which
section do you think it should be added?

The character is now added.

Unfortunately the special characters palette is hard coded.
