Specified key was too long; max key length is 767 bytes

Hi,

Till yesterday, i try to update archiva on my server, and i'm gonna kill myself if i don't found a solution...

I've try to update archiva from 1.1.3 to 1.2.1 with this error. I've try another one, the 1.1.4, but always the same error message about the max length...

com.mysql.jdbc.exceptions.jdbc4.MySQLSyntaxErrorException: Specified key was too long; max key length is 767 bytes

I've look on the web, and i'm not the only one with this shit, but nobody has given any answer.
Does anyone know what to do?
