When I had the need for such testing I found a guy with a dyno behind his
shop in Fairfax. FCPD alleged 110MPH and as it turned out the speedo was
indeed off -- but in the wrong direction. Watching while he ran it up to
that speed and beyond on the dyno, unsecured, made my hair stand on end.
Of course, for the life of my I can't remember his name, location or
specific contact info.
