Spellchecker dictionary mr_IN

Hi all,

I have mr_IN wordlist file (utf-8 encoded) having more than 60k words (one
word per line). Wants to create spellchecker for mozilla/seamonkey and make
it available upstream.

Please guide me how to go about it?
