Stable branch for CSS Validator?

I am using the W3C CSS validator code downloaded from here:

http://dev.w3.org/cvsweb/2002/css-validator/

using these instructions:

http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/DOWNLOAD.html

I have both the stable release tagged “nyltruce” and the HEAD version of the CSS validator source. Both versions of the validator cannot pass all the test cases in the autotest directory. The validators fail to validate CSS3 color formats and both also exhibit this bug:

http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=576

Could someone please let me know the correct tag to use to obtain source code a stable version of the CSS validator that will pass all the autotest test cases?

It seems like the code version on qa-dev.w3.org:8001 is stable, and it doesn’t exhibit the behavior in bug 576, but I have no way to know which source code version is running on that server.

Thank you,

 - Gail
