Starting Ubiquity causes Firebug pane to openWhen I open Ubiquity and start to issue a particular command, my
Firebug pane will open. See http://bit.ly/40TXiJ: I type Option+Space, and start to type 'a-d-d'. Before I could get that far the Firebug pane had come up. Looking at the Console tab (which had been disabled), I see some output from this command. However, I don't need to log output (wouldn't it go to the Error Console if Firebug weren't enabled?) and it isn't even an actual error. (That may be more at the fault of the command author than anything else.) Is there a way to disable this? I had originally posted this on the Ubiquity-Firefox group [1], but it was determined that this was a Firebug issue. Well, I guess it's more like an issue with my Ubiquity command, but it's not something I need Firebug for. If the log output wants to go to the Error Console we can't help or hinder that. > it isn't even an actual error. Before you open the Ubiquity command line, do you have Firebug open? Do you have Firebug active for the current Firefox tab? If yes, turn Firebug off for that page with the control in the upper left. If nothing else you can install the tracing version of firebug, 1.5Xb2, and set ACTIVATION to see why Firebug wants to open. Issuing the Ubiquity command is when the Firebug pane actually opens. > If nothing else you can install the tracing version of firebug, > 1.5Xb2, and set ACTIVATION to see why Firebug wants to open. Seehttp://getfirebug.com/wiki/index.php/FAQfor details Do you want me to post the output here? There are about 20 lines that don't make sense to me immediately.
