Static yield stress

Dear all,

I'm trying to implement a material for a metal foming simulation. One of the errors is always because the static yield stress is wrong defined. I have material data for different temperatures and strain rates, but I don't know what static yield stress exactly is. Does anyone know what static yield stress is?

The yield stress at a zero strain rate (i.e., the yield stress measured
at a very low strain rate).
