Status on the TLS support in gio

Hi there,

With GIO now supporting things like GSocket and GSocketConnection, what
are the plans for TLS support?

The original GNIO git repositories had a GTLSConnection class, will this
class be ported-to and be made available in stock glib/gio?

ps. In bug 598852 I ported gtls.c to the current GIO API
    https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=598852
ps. Ryan told me Dan is working on this, adding Ryan and Dan in CC.

It's in the plans for Glib 2.24 [1] ( TLS (SSL) support for GSocket ).
Take a look to bug 588189 [2]

Awesome, the info in the bug is what I was looking for.

Looking forward to seeing Dan's work on this landing in GLib. This is
going to be very useful for all of us. So keep on rocking, Dan!

Thanks.
