Hi,
as part of my work at Rising Sun Pictures I've written a small MBean
wrapper for StompConnect 1.0 and a short Ant script for building a JBoss
.sar bundle from it. This way, you can just plop it into the JBoss
deployment directory, no further configuration necessary. I guess the
MBean interface can come in handy in other scenarios as well.
My employer is happy with me donating the code and copyright to you,
provided that Rising Sun Pictures is credited in one way or another.
If you are interested, please let me know and I can send over a
corresponding patch.
Note however that I haven't worked with Maven so far, let alone with the
Apache Maven plugins. From a quick look at pom.xml I wouldn't know off
hand how to add a rule for building another Jar file, what with the XML
descriptor going into META-INF and little details like that. Is there
someone else who'd want to do that? I could also look into it myself if
someone could point me into the right direction.
