Store shapefile paths relatively

Paths for shapefiles in the display.xml files should be stored relatively so that displays don't need to be reconfigured each time the model is moved/installed elsewhere. I realize that it would require the shapefiles to be inside the model's directory, but that doesn't seem like too much to ask for the added benefits.

You can change the path to the shapefile to a relative path by editng the display descriptor XML in the scenario dir (ie repast.simphony.action.display_1.xml).  We will change the GUI display editor to allow this in the future.
