Strange JS Bug ?!... OpenCms 7.5.1

Hi list / Alkacon,

since 5 minutes ago I get an error "TypeError: $(colSel + "]").hint is not a
function" in an extra Alert Window whenever I change to
Administration->Modulverwaltung inside the workplace.
I can click it away and it seems to have no effect, but it's a little bit
unsettling :)

Any ideas out there ?
