Stuck in endless loops displaying manager connection

Installed everything according to the instructions based on xorcom rapid.

Web interface working, php, and sql working, 

Tried to make some calls  but they were not going trough for some reason. Still have to find why.

But then I rebooted the machine. and now the first login screen gives Manager connection couldn't connect to 127.0.0.1 0

 The same ..... with I will retry shortly at the end.

The biggest problem is I cannot get to any other screen, ssh is also not working so I have no way to get into the machine.

ALT F2 just gives me a blinkin cursor. 

Suggestions?
