This is a repost.  Apologies ahead of time, but I didn't get any responses the first time out...

Not sure anything needs to be done in the case but there is an odd situation with the Mike Doughty stuff.

Mike's first release was Skittish (http://musicbrainz.org/release/6651dafd-9ef1-4502-915d-a8d5e3ef0d59.html)  released in 2000.  He then released Rickety Roll (http://musicbrainz.org/release/03b78c09-c485-476e-a10d-8edb3b9f3a0d.html) in 2003.  In 2004, he released a double album containing what I believe is the same Skittish album from 2000 plus a version of Rockity Roll (http://musicbrainz.org/release/03b78c09-c485-476e-a10d-8edb3b9f3a0d.html) with additional bonus tracks.  The oddness is in the listing.  While all the information contained here is correct, Rockity Roll, with the bonus tracks was ever available separately which the current listing might imply.  I would think it would be more accurate to duplicate the Skittish release and combine it with a release group for the "Skittish / Rockity Roll" release, however that appears contrary to What Defines a Unique Release.  What is throwing me off is that the second disc has never been released by itself.  Finally, in the event that creating a new release group is the consensus, how would the individual discs be named? "Skittish / Rockity Roll (disc 1: Skittish)"?

Thanks,
Jeff / jdc0730
