Site supports custom "schemes" with a style picker dialog (customize.shtml.)
Default style sheet is latest, "print" is used for print previews (available on all pages) and the others are some half-hearted attempts at alternate color schemes and they are not up to date (need to be re-spawned from Default.)

I will not upload the missing pieces until these files start showing up in SVN. Hint: start with the MHX folder (there isn't one in SVN, so you don't have to merge anything.)
