Subissue Status?

Is the subissue project still active? What state is it currently in?

Just come across this and looks like a very good idea. Maybe I will
be able to provide some input as well.

It doesn't seem to be moving for quite a while. You might be interested
to check out DITrack: www.ditrack.org.
