Submitting issues for the MySQL Connector/OOo

Hi*,

as mentioned in another thread here, we created a dedicated sub
component "MySQL Connector/OOo" in the "Database Access" module in
IssueZilla, for taking issues related to the, well, MySQL Connector/OOo.

Also, we added a version "C/OOo 1.0.0 Beta", which you should use when
submitting issues for the Beta release.
