Suggestion: Add a parameter to output simple html

Hi List,

As I'm building our portal, I found the format of browse page of archiva
1.2 is messed after jtidy, so I add a portlet=true parameter to browse
action to output browse area only.

Perhaps better use format=simple for the parameter as Bugzilla did.

Here is the result:
http://langhua.org/portal/portal/default/Home/ArchivaPortletWindow?windowstate=maximized

My suggestion:
Add a parameter to the pages such as browse, search and etc. to output
simple html.
