i've written up some notes from the meeting with Clark in this document. it  
would be of greatly appreciated if you could have a quick look and make  
comments, either in the document or back via email.

oops. it turns out that this isn't a very good thing to do, as it
removes attorney-client privilege and increases Clark's liability. it
certainly wasn't my intention to make Clark's life more difficult
after all the help he's given us, so i've removed the document from
google docs. if anyone has any copies saved, i'd ask you to delete
them, please.

hopefully we will be able to release i more highly edited version of
the document soon.
