Surefire options

I propose to turn off all those XML files and to write the textual output
files instead.

Personally, I don't really care either way.   Cannot remember the last time I
looked into them.  :-)

Just an update, I ended up reverting this.  With the change, none of the error
or stack traces were ending up on stdout when running mvn.   Thus, to
determine the errors and such, you HAD to go look at those files and such.  
That was way too annoying to me.
