The Sydney PostgreSQL Users Group will meet on May the 1st, 6:30PM,
at Fujitsu Australia in North Sydney.
Bruce Momjian will deliver a presentation entitled "The PostgreSQL
Decade". This talk traces the first ten years of PostgreSQL
development, focussing on the first few months after the project was
initiated.
Bruce Momjian is a co-founder of the PostgreSQL global development
group, and a major contributor to the project. Bruce has spoken at
many international open source conferences, and is the author of
"PostgreSQL: Introduction and Concepts" (Addison-Wesley). He is
currently Senior Database Architect at EnterpriseDB.
Please meet in the foyer of 15 Blue St North Sydney at 6:30pm. The
meeting will be held in the board room (16.1) on level 16. Security
restrictions apply, so you will not be able to go straight to the
