the great SyncML-1.2 patch
is it true, that it is merged to latest trunk (since 23.05.) ?
tests
i have tried: "one-way sync" client to server -> not working/no support !?
doesn't find the application "syncml" under settings nor otherplace.
so - is it now only in branch or in trunk ?
and when only in branch - which version or install script should i use if i want to use the version from joerg ?

I, too, am extremely interested in the answer to this one. We've found that
moving to egw 1.6 and Funambol 7 will solve an issue of recurring events not
syncing, but I've been waiting to see the outcome of the SyncML issues
recently mentioned on the list.
Ralf has promised a release of 1.6.002 in the next couple of weeks. Will
joerg produce a patch against that when it's out?

It is in a separate branch (based on Trunk), called "SyncML-1.2", which
only contains the following modules: syncml, phpgwapi, addressbook,
calendar and infolog

Jörgs patch is against 1.6, so it should work reasonable well with
1.6.001 and 1.6.002.
The next step will be to test and merge the changes from SyncML-1.2
branch to trunk. It will then be included in the next release 1.8
sometime in 2010 probably. There are no plans to add it to our stable
release 1.6, as it is as a stable release feature frozen.
