Syntax Highlighting

I'm a recent convert to Ubuntu (from MS Windows) and after looking at
the availabel editors I've decided to give Screem a go. (HTML-Kit is one
of the few things I was sorry to leave behind on Windows.) Is there any
way to edit the default syntax-highlighting. I'm not wild about some of
the colours.

Best wishes

Hugh

default version in ubuntu breezy if very old.  if you add the breezy
backports you can get 0.16.1 of screem which allows you to edit the
highlighting colours.
