System temporary folder available?

Am I right in saying that the system Temporary Folder, retrieved in A4D  with

$cmd:="TEMPORARY FOLDER"
$tmp:=execute in 4d($cmd;*)

is off limits since it is not specified in the A4D's ini file of usable folders?

I'd like to use a space for sending created CSV files that will be
cleared by the system rather than me having to code it.
