System.Drawing in a Cocoa# View

Is System.Drawing working in Cocoa# in a View?

Post http://go-mono.com/forums/#nabble-to13735210%7Ca13735294 suggests that it was broken.  Is this still the case?

It is not working for me in Mono 1.9.1.3.
