T/3 Pictues

Anyone figure out a way to transfer pictures form a Vista computer to
the T/3? I used to be able to drag a photo directly to the quick
installer.

You should be able to do the same thing, or use Palm Desktop.  I used to do
it.  However, best way, is to just use Card Reader or Card Export and put
them directly onto an SD card, then view them with RescoViewer (my favorite
for the T1, 2, 3, and E for photo viewing).
