TM Traveler Setup ErrorGreetings,
I have been attempting to setup TM Traveler on my Palm Treo. Although I have tried a few variations, I still seem to get the same error message you see below. Any suggestions? I have tried to delete files on the Palm, to no avail. Thank you for any guidance you are able to provide. pt Philip C. Re: TM Traveler Setup ErrorHello Phil,
Which one of these have you tried so far - "sync", "download to handheld" and or "Create new data base"?. If you have no data that you have edited on your handheld the best is to "create new data base" as this will give you a fresh copy of the files on your Treo. Enjoy the weekend!! RE: TM Traveler Setup ErrorHello Mike,
I have actually tried all three, and the sync never completes. I have tried copying the .pdb files to the Treo directory and reinstalled on the Treo. It is a little baffling. pt Philip C. Re: TM Traveler Setup ErrorThis may seem really stupid, but make sure TM is not open on your Treo. If it is open on the Treo you will get an error message about being unable to install (or something, don't remember exactly).
On the Treo, press and HOLD the OK button, a memory window will open showing you ALL the programs currently running. Hit stop all (this only ends the running programs - things that timed out, etc - nothing will be lost), then OK out of the memory window. You may wish to remove the battery at this point to 'reboot Windows'. Now that nothing is running attempt to sync. Hope this helps - I have TM on my Treo, have for about 2 years (wish it did more, but still love it!) Good Luck! Sarah |

RE: Re: TM Traveler Setup ErrorThanks, I shall try this. With all the variations on a theme I have tried,
it is like the gauntlet has been thrown down. pt Philip C. Triplett From: TMTUG@... [mailto:TMTUG@...] On Behalf Of sckuhn03 Sent: Monday, June 29, 2009 2:28 PM To: TMTUG@...
