TPTP PG vote to approve TPTP 4.1 Plan

Per our discussion in the TPTP PG this morning, we are ready to approve our TPTP 4.1 plan per the following:

-          Previously posted proposed plan: 4.1 Feature Plan (Proposed).

-          PG discussed desire to push start of development to July 18 and accommodate this with a 1 week overlap between iterations 2 and 3.  Project/Component leads to assess respective impact to feature work and escalate if appropriate.

o        Iteration 1: Monday, July 18 – Friday, Sept 2 (Primary Focus: Feature Development)

o        Iteration 2: Monday, Sept 5 – Friday, Oct 21 (Primary Focus: Feature Development and Defect Backlog)

o        Iteration 3: Monday, Oct 17 – Friday, Nov 11 (Primary Focus: Stability)

-          We’ll also proceed with the further component restructuring defined during our recent F2F (moving some additional components from Platform to Tracing and Profiling Tools and Monitoring Tools projects).

Requesting PG votes by EOD Friday, July 8 to approve (Harm and Tyler were present and approved this morning).
