Hi everyone,
I am trying to edit the text that appears in the Category drop down box found when submitting a New Ticket in the Trouble Ticket System. I have set up some Global categories but do not want the "<Global Trouble Ticket System>" text to appear as well as the category title. I have spent a lot of time searching through the various files but so far had no luck. (Idealy I do not want this text at all). Alternatively is there any way to set up categories for either a group of users or all Users?
