Talking Mouse Pointer

Hi Peeps,
Sorry to bother people but I was having a DCC with someone on Sabayon
IRC last week whose sight is deteriorating rapidly - is there any
development which feeds back to the user with speech as to where the
mouse is? Look forward to hearing from you.
