Vincent contacted someone in the GeoGebra team, and found this link:

In short:  It is possible to create a panel that gives and receives
instructions to Geogebra, and this can be used to create a plugin to
Geogebra.

I do not know Java, but maybe someone who does would like to try...

In fact, it seems to me that the easiest solution would be to have
a script which converts a Geogebra file into an image or a TeXmacs image.
In that case, it would suffice to add a facility to TeXmacs which
allows to attach external editors to suffixes.

Anyone knows how to get that working?
It does not seem that geogebra has many command line options...
