TestNG for the Selenium tests?

We've had a contribution of Selenium tests for the Archiva webapp, and
they're done in TestNG.  Comments on MRM-1164 imply that more are
coming. Thanks, Cora. :)

Any objections to swapping the poms around so that these new tests are
the default build?  The old JUnit tests aren't working, but I'll leave
them for reference with an alternate pom until it's clear which way
we're going.
