The CVS repository for GNU CSSC has moved

I have moved the CVS repository for GNU CVS from Sourceforge to the
GNU Project's own Savannah site. Please see
http://savannah.gnu.org/cvs/?group=cssc for details of how to use the
new CVS repository.

The old repository still exists for now, but contains just a pointer
to the new one.
