Yeah, the whole java.net site seemed to be messed up right now; for  
example, https://openjdk.dev.java.net/ is currently displaying "You  
don't have permission to access /servlets/ProjectHome on this  
server."  Hopefully they'll sort it out soon,

Looks like it's back up now, although it's pretty slow:
