Theme Roller Download still not working?

Weeks ago i tried to create a custom theme using the theme roller.
When I downloaded the build including the theme there was no modified theme included, just the standard grey theme. Today it tried it once again (or better, 4 times without success). I already read other posts in this newsgroup concerning that issue, but they say that the problem is already solved. How can it be that the problem still persists for me? Try clearing your cache. Also, what browser and OS? I was able to download your theme no problem, using that url.

OS is XP Pro, I tried it with FF3.5.4 and FF 3.5.5.
I tried it once more today and it worked. Maybe my problem was that I deselected some components when building my download? On 6 Nov., 06:26, "Richard D.
