Thinkpad T41

Hi there,
I have a tihnkpad T41 (2373-SG1) and am having three issues with gutsy.
1. No control over the back light always on dim, but will flash
birghter, fn keys bring up the graphical bar, but wont change the
light up to full brightness.

2.  I cannont turn off my wireless using Fn+F5

3. On Sleep> Resume wireless wont work.

Are you still seeing the same issues?  I've not seen this for some weeks
after major updates moving towards the "gold" release...
