Third draft of Free Music Player Specifications ready

Hello,

I've implemented suggestions from those that responded to the second
draft and updated the document to a third draft, available here:

I'll be on vacation for two weeks starting Wed. and won't have access to
email, so if you comment on the spec during that time and don't hear
back from me/don't see updates, don't worry...

Just a reminder -- I'll be out of touch for two weeks. If you have
issues or concerns with this draft please comment while I'm gone so we
can move quicklyish when I get back.
