If it is approved, you see who approved it. Some things need to be
checked by the accounts team. Mailusers for one, gnomeweb probably as
well. Memctte.. guess so too.
mailusers is just a check if they're a foundation member, this was
already documented.
severely doubt user needs gnomeweb (implies shell account and so on).
memctte.. check with team owner
