Our Security Office has some concerns about Timed Response.
 
If our Security Team has a different Timed Response policy that is different from WCAG 2.0 (Situations A, B, and/or C), can we still pass WCAG 2.0 for Timed Respones, Checkpoint (2.2.1)?
 
If it is conditional, what are the conditions?

I've really not sure what this means, however…

Yes. Sufficient techniques are just examples. They aren't exclusive  
ways of passing the Success Criterion
