Timeout Error on 64 bit error connection pool

Here is the error we are getting.  We moved app and db servers to x64 from
32-bit.  Framework 2.0 service pack 2 is installed on the servers.

Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to obtaining a connection
from the pool. This may have occurred because all pooled connections were in
use and max pool size was reached.
