Timeout error

Hi,

The IT Departament of my employer have installed Endian Firewall and I
get a LOT OF Timeout errors when I try load an website:

The requested URL could not be retrieved
While trying to retrieve the URL:
http://www.mail-archive.com/efw-user@.../msg01362.html

The following error was encountered:
Unable to determine IP address from host name for www.mail-archive.com

The dnsserver returned:
Timeout
=====================================================================

This error happening in a lot of webistes... Sometimes work, sometimes
not (even Google).

Anyone know whats wrong and how can I tell to IT Departament that an
wrong config is the root cause?
