Timing of next release docbook-xsl

Does anybody have an idea of when the next release of docbook-1.73.3 (sic) may be due?

It'll be v1.74.0, and I know of a least a couple other people/
projects who are waiting on it, so I reckon we should probably try
to get it out soonish -- hopefully by the end of this month.
