Hello!
As it happens I am writing to welcome those of you who've decided to join
this list.

There is posted someplace a method of asking proper questions online, I
don't like it. I've read it probably seven times within the past ten years,
and it still rubs me the wrong way.

Please feel free to ask questions here in the style you have been using on
the regular Hercules list, and naturally on other lists that you use for
assistance with your work.
