Tomahawk 1.1.9 no longer works with File Upload 1.1.1

I discovered that Tomahawk 1.1.9 does not work any longer with File
Upload 1.1.1.  I am thinking it was due to the bug report TOMAHAWK-1420
that now uses a method that does not exist in version 1.1.1.  I tried
File Upload 1.2.1 and that seemed to work.  Should that be documented as
a dependency now?
