Tour Permit Help

On my last Tour Permit Assistance, I filled out all info, when I clicked the Transportation tab I get the message
C: \Troopmaster Software\TM4\DATA\Parentdata.tm4
and now I am unable to fill out the Tour Permit
My backup on my flashdrive also has the same message.
I have been using Troopmaster since Troopmaster ME,
have upgraded various time without a problem.
Now this occurs.
Any assistance greatly appreaciated!
