MIS Deputy of the MIS Project Manager for the Core Banking System Implementation - Assist the MIS Project Manager to complete the implementation on time within the scope and required functionality; - Identify project risks and issues, along with action plans to address each one; - Monitor IT infrastructure metrics. Responsible for the Follow-up of MIS * Identify on a regular basis business requirements in order to improve the system; * In close collaboration with MicroCred SAs MIS Manager and the local IT Manager : Propose technical solutions and ensure the development of programs based on operational needs; Ensure programs reliability and adequacy by accurate testing; Ensure the follow-up of developed programs and the resolution of technical incidents. Daily Monitoring of MIS - Provide management advice and guidance to local IT Manager. - Ensure regular communication and coordination with MicroCred SAs MIS Manager. 2. Administration / Finance Procedures: - Customize and update finance and accounting policies. - Customize and update administrative procedures. Reporting: - Create and/or customize reporting tools for operations, finance and accounting. 3. Other Duties As Assigned Required Skills - Project management experience - Development of programs under Unix, Linux or Windows - Strong capacity of learning and adaptation - Ability to analyze and summarize - Excellent organization and communication skills - Can work independently - Self initiative - Ability to meet deadlines - Excellent knowledge of English (read, written and spoken) Education / Experience - 4/5 years academic degree in informatics and development. - Experience in eMerge system (preferred). - Experience in programming and program development destined to microfinance banks. - Experience in finance, training and project management required. - Previous experience of 1 to 2 years in microfinance required.
