Supervisor

Reporting to Project Director (Jeff Ferry) and CFO MicroCred Nigeria MFB





Mission

Main Responsibilities:



1.     Pre-Operational Phase

Procedures:

§  Customize and update administrative procedures

§  Customize and update accounting procedures



Logistics:

§  Select security company

§  Follow up construction work for HQ / Branch (civil work, power, generator,
water, internet and network…)

§  Purchase furniture (IT hardware, security items, office furniture…)



2.     Operational Phase

Accounting:

§  Manage financial reporting with MicroCred SA

§  Define analytical tools for accounting



Required Skills

§  Managerial skills / leadership

§  Ability to analyze and summarize

§  Excellent organization and communication skills

§  Interpersonal skills / teaching abilities

§  Can work independently

§  Self initiative

§  Negotiation skills

§  Excellent knowledge of English (read, written and spoken)





Education / Experience

§  Higher university degree in business, finance, banking, economics,
management, or equivalent work experience

§  Experience in finance, accounting and project management required



Status

Open ended contract within MicroCred SA and local contract with Nigeria
