Pre-Operational Phase Procedures: § Customize and update administrative procedures § Customize and update accounting procedures Logistics: § Select security company § Follow up construction work for HQ / Branch (civil work, power, generator, water, internet and network ) § Purchase furniture (IT hardware, security items, office furniture ) 2.
